2019
The first booking
Kalpana Keshi opens cruiseticketbooking.com as a one-desk agency, selling Caribbean sailings on Carnival and Royal Caribbean to friends, family and referrals.
2020
Holding the line
With the world's fleets paused, we spent the year rebooking, protecting deposits and learning every cruise line's cancellation schedule by heart. Not a single client lost a deposit.
2021
Back to sea
We handled the return-to-service restart — vaccination rules, testing windows and shifting itineraries — and added Princess Cruises and MSC to our partner list.
2022
Going global
Mediterranean, Northern Europe and Alaska programmes joined the portfolio. Our catalogue passed 50 itineraries and we welcomed our first full-time reservations team.
2023
Ten cruise lines
Norwegian, Celebrity, Holland America, Costa, Disney and Virgin Voyages came on board, giving guests one desk for every major operator.
2024
Long voyages
We began selling grand voyages, Panama Canal transits and world cruise segments, with fares reaching $10,000 per guest.
2025
Booking online
The instant online booking flow launched, letting guests price staterooms, hold a fare and receive a reference in under two minutes.

Where we are today
