Changes & cancellation policy
cruiseticketbooking.com applies the changes and cancellation terms of the operating cruise line to every reservation. We charge no agency cancellation fee of our own. Penalties are calculated on the total cruise fare, excluding taxes and port expenses, which are refunded in all cases. Air, hotel, transfers and insurance carry their own supplier terms.
- • Requests must be received in writing to info@cruiseticketbooking.com and are effective from the date we receive them.
- • Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14–30 business days of the cruise line issuing them.
- • Non-refundable deposit fares forfeit the deposit at any time after booking, less any change fee permitted by the line.
- • Where a cruise line cancels a sailing, you receive a full refund or a future cruise credit at your election.
Princess Cruises

Cruise lines update their published terms periodically. The schedule confirmed on your booking invoice is the schedule that applies to your reservation.
