Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 August 2026

These terms apply to every enquiry and booking made through cruiseticketbooking.com. Please read them alongside the cancellation and change policy of the cruise line you are sailing with.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of cruiseticketbooking.com and any booking you make with us. cruiseticketbooking.com is owned and operated by Kalpana Keshi, trading since 2019, with offices in Wayzata, Minnesota, USA and Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By submitting an enquiry or booking request you confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorised to make the booking for everyone in your party.

2. Our role as agent

We act as a travel agent for the cruise lines whose voyages we sell, including Princess Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, MSC Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruises, Holland America Line, Costa Cruises, Disney Cruise Line and Virgin Voyages.

The contract of carriage is between you and the cruise line. The cruise line's own passenger ticket contract, fare rules and cancellation schedule apply in full to your sailing and take precedence where they differ from these terms.

3. Bookings and confirmation

A booking request submitted on this site is an offer, not a confirmed reservation. Your cruise is confirmed only when the cruise line issues a booking number and we send you a written confirmation.

You are responsible for checking that all names, dates, ports and cabin details on the confirmation exactly match your passports, and for telling us of any error within 24 hours of receipt.

4. Prices and fares

Fares shown start from 499 USD per person and range to 10,000 USD per person depending on ship, stateroom category, season and availability. Prices are per person based on two guests sharing unless stated otherwise.

Quoted fares are not guaranteed until deposit is received. Cruise lines may adjust availability and pricing at any time, and government taxes, port fees and fuel surcharges may change up to departure.

Fare summaries on the booking page include estimated taxes and fees, plus any gratuities, Wi-Fi, beverage, dining, spa, transfer, shore excursion and travel protection extras you select.

5. Deposits and final payment

Deposit amounts and final payment deadlines are set by each cruise line and are shown on the relevant line's policy page before you confirm.

If final payment is not received by the deadline, the cruise line may cancel the booking automatically and apply its cancellation charges.

6. Changes and cancellations

Changes to names, dates, ships or cabin categories are subject to the operating cruise line's rules and may attract line-imposed change fees plus any fare difference.

Cancellation charges follow the published penalty schedule of the cruise line for your sailing. Full per-line schedules are on our policies pages.

Cancellation or change requests must be sent to info@cruiseticketbooking.com and take effect on the business day we acknowledge them in writing.

Where a cruise line cancels or materially changes a sailing, your remedy is the refund, credit or alternative voyage offered by that line.

7. Travel documents, health and entry rules

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, transit permits and any vaccination or health documentation required by every country on your itinerary, and for arriving at the port at the stated boarding time.

Denied boarding due to missing or incorrect documentation is treated as a cancellation by you and no refund is due.

8. Shore excursions and onboard extras

Shore excursions, gratuities, Wi-Fi, beverage, dining and spa packages are supplied by the cruise line or its local operators. Prices, durations and availability are indicative and may change.

Excursions may be altered or withdrawn for weather, port or operational reasons, in which case the cruise line's refund rules apply.

9. Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care at sea, repatriation, cancellation and baggage. Optional travel protection offered during booking is provided by a third-party underwriter on its own terms.

10. Liability

We are liable only for our own negligence as an agent. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, itinerary changes, mechanical failures or service standards of any cruise line, port, airline, hotel or excursion operator.

We are not liable for events beyond reasonable control, including weather, medical diversions, strikes, port closures, government action and force majeure.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Website use

Content, images, itinerary descriptions and pricing data on this site are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, republish or resell them without written permission.

We take care to keep sailing information accurate but do not warrant that every itinerary, port or fare shown is error-free or currently available.

12. Complaints and governing law

Please raise any issue with us in writing within 28 days of your return so we can take it up with the cruise line on your behalf.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
