1. Who we are

cruiseticketbooking.com is a cruise travel agency owned and operated by Kalpana Keshi, trading since 2019. Our US office is at 1079 Oral Lake Road, Wayzata, Minnesota 55391, and our head office is at 3rd Tower, 5th Floor, Unit 3518, Noida Sector 135, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India.

We are the data controller for the information you provide through this website, by email at info@cruiseticketbooking.com, by phone on +1 (888) 730-0124, or over WhatsApp.

2. Information we collect

Booking and enquiry details: name, email address, phone number, travel dates, destination and budget preferences, number of passengers, stateroom choice, shore excursion and package selections, and any special requests you send us.

Guest details required by the cruise line: date of birth, nationality, passport information, loyalty numbers and accessibility or dietary needs. We collect these only when a reservation is being confirmed.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and referring website, gathered through cookies and standard server logs.

3. How we use your information

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, confirm reservations and issue booking references and invoices.

To pass the details a cruise line requires in order to hold and ticket your sailing.

To send service messages about your booking, such as confirmations, payment reminders, itinerary changes and departure information.

To send fare offers and newsletters where you have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

To meet legal, accounting, anti-fraud and dispute-resolution obligations.

4. Who we share it with

The operating cruise line for your reservation — including Princess Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, MSC Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruises, Holland America Line, Costa Cruises, Disney Cruise Line and Virgin Voyages — and their appointed ground handlers, insurers and port authorities.

Payment processors and banks, solely to take deposits and balance payments. We never store full card numbers on our systems.

Service providers who host this website, deliver our email and provide customer support tooling, all bound by confidentiality obligations.

Authorities where disclosure is required by law, immigration rules or maritime security regulations.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. International transfers

Cruise travel is international by nature. Your details may be transferred to cruise lines, ports and suppliers outside your country of residence, including between our US and India offices. We only transfer data where appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, are in place.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not result in a booking are kept for 24 months. Booking records, invoices and payment records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and consumer-protection requirements. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working, and analytics cookies to understand which itineraries and pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the booking forms will continue to work, though some preferences will not be remembered.

8. Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict processing, request a portable copy, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

Email info@cruiseticketbooking.com with your request and booking reference where applicable. We respond within 30 days. Deleting data attached to a live reservation may mean the cruise line has to cancel the booking under its own terms.

9. Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to booking records is restricted to staff who need it to service your reservation. Payments are taken through PCI-compliant providers.

10. Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children directly. Details of minors travelling in your party are provided by the booking adult and used solely to ticket the cruise.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The version published on this page at the time you book is the version that applies to your reservation.
