Carnival Cruise Line changes & cancellation policy
Every Carnival Cruise Line reservation booked through cruiseticketbooking.com follows the terms below. We charge no agency cancellation fee. Penalties apply to the cruise fare only — taxes, fees and port expenses are always refunded. Requests are effective from the date we receive them in writing at info@cruiseticketbooking.com.
Deposit
$100 per guest (2–5 days) up to $400 per guest (10+ days)
Final payment
76 days before sailing (short cruises) / 91 days (long cruises)
Name changes
Two guests may be substituted up to 14 days before sailing; at least one original guest must remain
Cancellation penalty schedule

Carnival Vacation Protection covers cancellation for covered reasons plus 75% future cruise credit otherwise.
Making a change
- • Stateroom, dining and add-on changes before final payment are free of charge, subject to Carnival Cruise Line availability and current fare.
- • Date changes after final payment are treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
- • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14–30 business days of Carnival Cruise Line releasing them.
- • If Carnival Cruise Line cancels the sailing, you choose a full refund or a future cruise credit.
- • Shore excursions, Wi-Fi and drinks packages are refundable until 48 hours before the sailing date.
