Princess Cruises changes & cancellation policy
Every Princess Cruises reservation booked through cruiseticketbooking.com follows the terms below. We charge no agency cancellation fee. Penalties apply to the cruise fare only — taxes, fees and port expenses are always refunded. Requests are effective from the date we receive them in writing at info@cruiseticketbooking.com.
Deposit
$100 per guest (short cruises) to $800 per guest (world segments)
Final payment
75–90 days before sailing depending on voyage length
Name changes
One name change permitted up to final payment, $0 fee; after final payment treated as a cancellation
Cancellation penalty schedule

Princess Vacation Protection may refund up to 100% in cash or 75% as future cruise credit.
Making a change
- • Stateroom, dining and add-on changes before final payment are free of charge, subject to Princess Cruises availability and current fare.
- • Date changes after final payment are treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
- • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14–30 business days of Princess Cruises releasing them.
- • If Princess Cruises cancels the sailing, you choose a full refund or a future cruise credit.
- • Shore excursions, Wi-Fi and drinks packages are refundable until 48 hours before the sailing date.
