Disney Cruise Line changes & cancellation policy
Every Disney Cruise Line reservation booked through cruiseticketbooking.com follows the terms below. We charge no agency cancellation fee. Penalties apply to the cruise fare only — taxes, fees and port expenses are always refunded. Requests are effective from the date we receive them in writing at info@cruiseticketbooking.com.

Concierge staterooms are non-refundable from the moment of booking.
Making a change
- • Stateroom, dining and add-on changes before final payment are free of charge, subject to Disney Cruise Line availability and current fare.
- • Date changes after final payment are treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
- • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14–30 business days of Disney Cruise Line releasing them.
- • If Disney Cruise Line cancels the sailing, you choose a full refund or a future cruise credit.
- • Shore excursions, Wi-Fi and drinks packages are refundable until 48 hours before the sailing date.
